陳嘉賢女士出任市場推廣部執行董事以來，帶領德國寶傳統企業走向企業化和品牌化，近年更積極拓展創新的O2O電子商務，線上線下雙軌發展，與時並進。陳女士對公共服務不遺餘力，擔任多項公職，包括香港青年工業家協會副會長、香港工業總會傢俬業協會副主席、香港理工大學及職業訓練局校董等。陳女士榮獲「香港青年工業家獎」、由亞太經濟合作組織頒發的「年青創新婦女」奬，並當選「十大傑出青年」，廣受肯定。2017年獲特區政府委任為太平紳士，2018年獲浸大委任為客座教授。

Ms. Karen Chan is the Executive Director of Marketing and Business Development division, transforming the company into an O2O savvy and innovative organization. She has served in public service roles for manufacturing and vocational education including: The Vice-President of the Young Industrialists Council, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Furniture Industry Council, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Vocational Training Council board committee. Ms. Chan received FHKI’s Young Industrialist Award, The Young Women Innovator Award by APEC, was elected a “Ten Outstanding Youth Persons”. In 2017, she was appointed the Justice of Peace (JP) by the HKSAR government, and in 2018 she received the honor of Adjunct Professor for Hong Kong Baptist University.
